Easily store information about the keys you have

myKeys - KeyTracker records the details of each key such as key numbers and description. KeyTracker will also automatically calculate how many keys you have issued and can help you order additional copies of a key from your locksmith.

Key Data

Keys can be created storing information such as key number, description and key cabinet hook number.

Once created keys can be issued to different users by creating a 'Key Issue'.  Additional copies of the same key can also be added by creating a 'Key Order'.

Keys that access particular doors can be added to the 'Access List' for each door.

User Data

Users are persons who will be issued keys. Each user may be issued an infinite number of keys at any time. KeyTracker stores information about each user and the keys they have been issued.

KeyTracker will also automatically display any keys that have exceeded their due date and should have been returned, making it easier to control your keys.

• Lists Keys for each user
• Display overdue keys

Record Door Access

Doors can be created for every Active location in KeyTracker. Once created, the keys that access a door can be specified.

If physical doors share the same location and lock type, it is common to create only one record and specify the number of doors that match that specification. For example a classroom may have multiple entry points but each point may have the same lock and key access.

• Record Door Number, and Description
• Record Lock type and quantities
• List Keys that access each door

Key Issues

KeyTracker stores information about each user and the keys they have been issued using Key Issues.

KeyTracker automatically updates the key quantities In (available for issue) and out (currently issued), so you always know how many keys you have and who has them.

• Record expected due date
• Issue multiple keys to each user
